LIVE FREE RV · WORK WITH TY
Put your park — or your product — in front of RVers who are about to decide.
Live Free RV is one full-time RVer, one golden retriever, and an audience that’s actively shopping: which rig to buy, which campground to book next, which gear to trust for a year on the road.
Brand partnerships. Hosted campground reviews. Media. The one thing to know up front: I tell my audience what I actually found.
Campgrounds: host me for a stay and get an honest, permanent review on the site and the channel.
Honest reviews are the reason people trust this site — and the reason a good one is worth having.
Every hosted stay is disclosed, and every review covers what worked and what didn’t. That’s why readers trust them, and it’s why a good one carries real weight.

Three ways to work together
Different asks, same approach: if I don’t think something’s a fit, I’ll tell you early and plainly, so nobody spends a season on the wrong idea.
Brand partnerships
Sponsored segments inside videos people are already watching for the content. Long-term gear reviews — a month on the road, not an unboxing. Affiliate placements and product integrations across the site and the channel.
Tires, power, connectivity, bikes, optics, camp kit: if it has to work in the field, that’s my lane.
Hosted campground reviews
Host me for a stay and I do what I do at every park: settle in for real, ride the trails, walk the loops with Odie, talk to the staff and the neighbors, then write it up.
You get a full campground guide on Live Free RV, a segment on the channel, and social posts — all linked, all permanent.
Media & speaking
Podcasts, interviews, quotes, and panels on full-time RV life, campground membership programs, and building a business from the road. Former trial lawyer, so I can hold up my end of a hard conversation.
Turnaround is fast. Send the topic and the date.
Here's what I'm building
Campground to campground. A few nights at each one, a real video, and a written trip report that stays up and keeps getting read long after I’ve pulled out: what the sites are actually like, whether a big rig fits, what’s worth doing nearby, and the one thing I’d tell a friend before they booked.
I’ve been doing exactly that inside a membership park system for over a year, and those reports are the most-read pages on the site. Now I’m opening the format up to every kind of campground — state parks, private resorts, independent family-run parks, the place at the end of the gravel road.
If you run one of those places and you want the honest version told well, that’s the whole pitch. See what the reviews look like →
How a hosted review works
This is the one campgrounds ask about most, so here’s the whole thing.
1
Reach out
2
I stay
3
I publish
And if something’s off and you fix it while I’m there, that goes in the review too. Honest tends to work in your favor.
This is what your campers are looking for
Sunrises out the back door, campfires, bike trails, a lake to walk the dog around. The reviews show the real thing — and people book off the real thing.
Does this sound like you?
Reach out if…
- You run a campground, resort, or RV park and you'd rather RVers see the real thing than a brochure.
- You make gear that has to survive real use, and you're fine with me saying whether it does.
- You want a relationship, not one post. Long-term partners get the best of what I do.
- You're good with disclosure. Every partnership and every hosted stay is labeled, every time.
- You want an audience that's deciding, not just scrolling.
Probably not a fit if…
- You'd need final approval before a review runs. I'm glad to do a fact-check pass, but the opinion has to stay mine.
- You're looking for a guaranteed rave. I can promise fair; I can't promise five stars.
- The partnership can't be disclosed. Everything I do is labeled.
- You need a legal opinion. I'm a lawyer, but I'm not your lawyer.
Live Free RV keeps good company
Brands I already work with — and actually use, on the road, every week.
Campground search and booking. It’s how I find sites when the plan changes, which is most weeks.
The half-price campground network. It pays for itself the first night, and I say so on camera.
Sunglasses that have been on my face for every ride and every drive since I put them on.
Why me?
Former trial lawyer and CEO. Full-time on the road for over a year and a half — a van first, now a Super C — with a golden retriever named Odie who is convinced the whole thing was his idea.
I write the campground guides people actually use to decide where to book, I review parks the way a guest experiences them, and I ride the mountain-bike trails near every one of them. I don’t sell RVs, I’m not a dealer, and nobody pays me to like anything.
That independence is the whole product. A campground or a brand that gets a good review from me gets one that readers believe.
Common questions
Do you charge for campground reviews?
A hosted stay covers the review. Rush turnaround, extra video deliverables, or a dedicated full-length video are quoted separately, flat, up front.
Do I get to see it before it goes live?
Yes, for accuracy — names, prices, dates, amenities. I’ll fix anything I got wrong. The opinion itself stays mine, which is what makes it worth something to your future guests.
How far ahead do you book?
The route is planned a season out and shifts constantly. The earlier you reach out, the better the odds I can route through you.
Do you only review membership parks?
No. That’s where I started, but state parks, private resorts, independent campgrounds, and the place at the end of the gravel road all get the same treatment.
What about parks you've already reviewed?
Happy to come back. Follow-up visits are some of the most-read pieces on the site — readers want to know what changed.
Will you sign an agreement?
Happily — and I’ll actually read it. Deliverables, timing, disclosure, usage rights: all fine. The one thing I can’t sign is anything that lets a partner shape the verdict.
Let's talk.
Tell me who you are and what you’ve got. I read every one of these myself.
Every partnership and hosted stay on Live Free RV is disclosed. Reviews reflect my own experience and opinion, and partners don’t edit them.
