“Absolutely awesome! We couldn't have navigated this without Ty's insight, honesty, candidness, and overall knowledge. Our call was essential in clearing through the immense fog of all these options to figure out what was best for our specific situation, RV, and goals/plans. So grateful for the call. Thank you. 5 stars all the way and well well worth the value.”
“I have been trying to wrap my head around all the different details of Thousand Trails for a while now. It wasn’t until I found Ty’s YouTube channel that I really started to get all the subtle differences that can really make or break your experience. I had about 10 very specific questions and decided that I really want to do a Buyer Consultation with Ty to make sure I have all my ducks in a row. It was EXACTLY what I was looking for. Someone who truly understands and uses the system and can help you get the most out of it. That’s what I wanted and that’s what I got! Im going into my membership search feeling like I really know what I want/need to have the best experience possible for me and my family. Can’t thank you enough Ty!”
“A chat with Ty was very informative! Well worth the time and investment. Using Ty’s insight I’m now well equipped to navigate a solid outdoor adventure membership and am confident there will be no surprises. Ty’s willingness to share his experience and knowledge is priceless! 12 stars out of 5!!”
I don’t even know what to ask. Is this still for me?
That’s the most common starting point. The booking questions plus the first five minutes sort out where you are; Ty takes it from there.
Is this legal or financial advice?
No. It’s educational information from someone who knows these contracts cold — but it’s not legal or financial advice, and the call doesn’t create an attorney-client relationship. Big decisions deserve your own professionals.
What should I have ready?
Nothing is required. If you own a membership and have your contract or membership details handy, great. If you’re shopping, just know roughly how you like to travel.
Can you review more than one contract?
The $89 covers one — bring the contract you’re closest to acting on. If you’re genuinely weighing two, say so when you book and we’ll work out what’s fair. Reading a contract properly takes real time, so I keep it to one per call unless we’ve agreed otherwise.
How soon can we talk?
Calls are booked at least two days out — Ty preps from your booking answers, so you get a better call than an off-the-cuff one.
What if my question takes ten minutes?
Then you get forty more. Most people find the extra time disappears fast once the contract talk starts.
Educational information only — not legal or financial advice; no attorney-client relationship is created. Contract terms vary (~3,000 variations exist): always verify what conveys with the Thousand Trails Transfer Department, in writing, before money changes hands.
How I get paid: the consult fee is flat and the same whichever way you go. If you buy a new membership through my referral, the channel may earn a fee from Thousand Trails at no cost to you. If you sell on the Exchange, the only money I make is from the posted paid options a seller chooses, never a cut of the price.
